Who we are

Seobinos is a product of DIGITAL BINOS ("we", "us"). When you use Seobinos or buy a plan, your contract is with DIGITAL BINOS.
By using the service, creating an account or continuing to use Seobinos, you agree to these terms. If you use Seobinos for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; individuals must be of legal age where they live.

Seobinos audits the public pages of a website address you provide and gives you a report with scores, findings, AI advice and estimates.
You may only audit websites you own or are authorised to check. Keep your account details accurate and up to date.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spammy, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Do not interfere with security: no malware, probing, overloading, scraping of Seobinos itself, reverse engineering, reselling access, or getting around plan limits.

DIGITAL BINOS owns the service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation, reports layout and the Seobinos name and logo.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Seobinos within your selected plan. You may use the reports you generate for your own websites and clients.

Visitors can audit one website free without an account. Free accounts can audit two websites. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Agency, Scale) raise the number of websites you can audit and unlock premium tools. Choose monthly or yearly billing; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
You can cancel any time from Billing & payments in your account; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Buying a different plan or changing billing periods replaces your current subscription and starts a fresh month or year at full price.

Traffic, authority and heatmap figures are estimates, not measurements. Speed scores come from Google PageSpeed when available.
AI-generated advice and voice summaries may be inaccurate and are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings. Check important changes before relying on them.

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you can ask us to delete your account data.

The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost rankings, traffic, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
